1. Information we collect
When you submit the reservation form on the Neighborhood Club website we collect: your name, phone number, intended date and time, party size and an optional note. This is the minimum needed to hold your table. The website does not request or store emails, passwords or payment details.
2. How we use it
Reservation details are used only to: (a) call you back to confirm and hold your table; (b) contact you if a schedule change affects your booking. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties beyond the infrastructure providers directly involved in processing reservations.
3. Cookies & ad measurement
This website uses the Google tag (gtag.js) and Google measurement cookies to count visits and ad performance (e.g. call-button taps, form submissions). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser settings; booking by hotline is unaffected.
4. Storage & security
Reservation details travel over encrypted HTTPS and are accessible only to the Neighborhood staff who handle bookings. You may request to view, correct or delete your information at any time by calling 0338 411 908.
5. Age policy
Neighborhood Club is for guests aged 18 and over. Please bring valid ID.
6. Reservation terms
Booking through the website is free with no prepayment. Tables are held until 23:30 on the booked night; if you are running later, call the hotline to extend. Neighborhood reserves the right to refuse entry to guests who do not follow house rules on dress and conduct.
